General comments
Drainage en kweek (eventueel op geleide van echo/CT).
Na klinische verbetering en adequate drainage overweeg switch naar augmentin po 625mg 3dd of clindamycine po 600 mg 3dd.
Denk bij intraveneuze antibiotische therapie >3 dagen aan de mogelijkheid van thuisbehandeling (zie iPortal protocol: OPAT, antibiotica infuustherapie voor thuis).
