General comments
Bij goede klinische response en minimaal 2 weken na laatste debridement switch intraveneuze therapie naar oraal ciprofloxacine po 750 mg 2 dd (bij bewezen gevoeligheid). Totale therapieduur minimaal 6 weken.
Denk bij intraveneuze antibiotische therapie >3 dagen aan de mogelijkheid van thuisbehandeling (zie iPortal protocol: OPAT, antibiotica infuustherapie voor thuis).
