General comments
Bij goede klinische response en minimaal 2 weken na laatste debridement switch intraveneuze therapie naar oraal.
Totale behandelduur minimaal 6 weken.
Denk bij intraveneuze antibiotische therapie >3 dagen aan de mogelijkheid van thuisbehandeling (zie iPortal protocol: OPAT, antibiotica infuustherapie voor thuis).
